A Transformative Week: My Intensive Training with Identity Booking and Management

After an inspiring intensive training organized by my agent at Identity Booking and Management, I’m buzzing with new tools: translating my theater background into on-camera acting with Federico De Luca, mastering authentic posing with Martina Cannuciari, and finding my runway presence with Flavio Filippi. This experience reminded me why I love blending vulnerability, storytelling and movement—whether in front of a camera, on stage, or down a catwalk. Read how this week in Rome is fueling my next chapter as an actress, model and proud #LGBTQIA #AuDHD creative.

A Transformative Week: My Intensive Training with Identity Booking and Management

As many of you know from my journey shared on Instagram (@blacksoulgem95), I wear quite a few hats: freelance model and actress based in the beautiful chaos of Rome, software engineering expert and founder of Vicedomini Softworks, proud member of the LGBTQIA+ community, and someone navigating life with AuDHD. Balancing creativity, tech, and personal growth keeps every day feeling like an adventure; but lately, the spotlight has been firmly on my performing arts path.

A few weeks ago, I had the incredible opportunity to dive deep into professional training thanks to my amazing agent at Identity Booking and Management. They organized an intensive course that felt tailor-made to push me forward as both a model and an actress. It was intense, inspiring, and exactly what I needed to sharpen my skills and reconnect with why I love this world so much.

The training was divided into three powerful modules, each led by incredibly talented professionals:

  • Posing and photographic direction with the talented Martina Cannuciari Working with Martina was pure magic. She has an incredible eye for angles, emotion, and storytelling through the body. We spent hours exploring how to translate inner energy into powerful still images; something I’ve always loved about modeling. Whether it’s editorial, commercial, or more artistic work, she helped me refine poses that feel authentic rather than forced. I left those sessions feeling more confident in front of the lens than ever.
  • Acting and character development; with a focus on cinema with Federico De Luca This was the part that truly lit me up. Federico is an incredible coach with real insight into performance. We didn’t just work on general acting; we specifically focused on translating my theatrical skills to the screen. We dove deep into on-camera acting: the subtlety required for the camera, the way micro-expressions and stillness carry so much weight in film, how to “act with the lens” instead of projecting for a live audience.
We explored character building for cinema; layering motivations, emotional truth, and physical choices that read naturally through a close-up. It was eye-opening to shift from stage energy (big, external, filling the room) to the intimate, internal truth that cinema demands. Federico’s guidance helped me feel more comfortable and precise in front of the camera, and it reignited my love for storytelling in film. I left those sessions buzzing with new tools and ready to bring more depth to screen roles.
  • Introduction to runway with Flavio Filippi Runway is its own language; rhythm, attitude, presence, and commanding the space. Flavio broke it down with clarity and fire. We worked on posture, walk mechanics, turns, and that magnetic energy that makes a model unforgettable. I walked away feeling like I’d unlocked a new way to move and own a room (or a catwalk!).

This wasn’t just technical training; it was a real reset. Surrounded by other creatives and guided by pros who genuinely care about growth, I felt seen, challenged, and supported. In an industry that can sometimes feel overwhelming (especially when juggling it with a full-time tech career), moments like these remind me why I keep showing up.

I’m so grateful to my agent and the entire team at Identity for believing in me and investing in my development. It’s fuel for the next steps; whether that’s more modeling work, new acting projects, or blending my worlds in unexpected ways.

What’s next? I’m channeling all this energy into upcoming castings and creative experiments. Stay tuned on Instagram for behind-the-scenes, new headshots from the posing sessions, and maybe even some clips once I get brave enough to share 😅

Thank you for being part of this journey with me. More soon. ✨
